张永平男，号：太和堂主人，汉族，1965出生于内蒙古呼和浩特市，中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师。1991年至1996年从事美术教育工作，2002年辞职后至今，一直从事职业绘画创作，多次获得国际和国内绘画大展奖项，700余幅作品被国内外收藏家收藏，2009年10月再获日本东京国际绘画大展金奖。
1987年毕业于天津美术学院。
