陈德(1929年12月—1996年)福建闽侯人。中国美术家协会会员、中国版画家协会理事、中国美术家协会福建分会理事、武夷画院副院长、福建省人民代表大会代表、县政协常委。陈德一生致力于群众美术事业，是建瓯少儿陈德版画作品选版画的倡导者与奠基人。做好辅导培训外，参加工作30多年来，创作版画作品数百件，大部分作品被省、地及全国报刊采用发表，部分作品参加省、地及全国性美展。其中版画作品《促膝谈心》1956年参加第五届全国版画展；版画作品《水仙花》1982年参加第七届全国版画展；版画作品《绿色金库》1984年参加第六届全国美展。1996年因病去世，终年67岁。
