黄安华(1958.4—)浙江绍兴人。擅长版画。1989年入浙江美术学院版画系进修。1992年入浙江美院加拿大大伟·西维伯格教授讲习班。现为绍兴市群众艺术馆美术摄影书法室主任。作品入选第七届全国美展，全国体育美展，全国宣传画展，全国版展，全国新人新作展，中国当代版画新作展等。作品《新兴木刻的创导者，实践者和继承者》获全国青年版画大展创作奖，’93全国群星艺术大展金奖，文化部群星奖银奖，中国美术馆收藏。
