黄福坤泉山庶人，1939年7月生于福建泉州市。历任报社、出版社美术编辑、副总编。现为海风出版社编委、中国美术家协会会员、中国摄影家协会会员、福建省书法家协会第一理事，中国国际收藏艺术家副主席、中国中外名人研究会艺委会一级画师。作品多次入选全军、全国美术作品展览，并有获奖和被博物馆、收藏家收藏。套色木刻《枪眼满靶歌满船》、《退潮之后》1964年7月入选总政治部、文化部、中国美协主办全军第三届美术作品展；套色木刻《渴》1965年1月入选文化部、中国美协主办第四届全国美展，并被天津艺术博物馆收藏，被中国为外文化联络委员会宣传司选送出国参加《中国绘画作品展》；中国画《黄山玉屏峰》1997年11月获第一届世界书画艺术大赛优秀奖；中国画《西双版纳》1999年8月获第三届国际金鹅奖书画大赛铜奖；中国画《瀑布图》2000年7月获世界华人艺术展铜奖；中国画《峡江》2001年12月获世界艺术交流与创作金奖；中国画《锦羽生风》2005年获鸡年画鸡—首届中国画金鸡奖；中国画《雄风》2006年12月获中国美协、厦门市人民政府主办2006年全国中国画作品展优秀奖；中国画《锦绣家园》2010年9月入选“福建土楼、客家永定”—全国中国画大赛。
