浙江台州市黄岩人，从事美术创作教育二十多年，作品参加第九届世界华人艺术大会，荣获国际艺术银奖；作品《天冥》获2004年全国美术教师一等奖；2005年获全国美术教师三等奖；国画《雪》、《石塘》入选《’95全国教师美术书法摄影选集》，入选《2004年中国师生优秀书画作品集》、《中国当代书画作品博览》、《现代中国绘画》；2005中国画入选《中国书画家首届〈品味中国〉欧洲行（法国巴黎）活动展》，同年受法国巴黎市政府邀请举办个人中国画展并被巴黎市政府收藏；作品入选2005年中国美术家协会与中国美术家协会网联合举办的网上画展并收藏。2006年被中国国画家协会评为“中国书画百杰”，作品在大型《中国书画》、《中国书画报》个人专栏介绍；98个人入编《国际书画家辞典》，2005年被法国巴黎市评为“中欧文化交流特使”，出版共有数十本连环画及画册论文明信片；2005年被世界艺术协会评为“世界杰出华人艺术家”。
部分作品被美国、德国、意大利、新加坡、日本、澳大利亚、法国等国际友人和中国普陀山、天目山、天台山、九华山等寺院展出收藏。现为中国美术家协会网签约画家，中国画院特聘画师，世界艺术家协会中国美术家会员，中国艺术教育促进会会员、中国国际书画艺术协会常务理事。
