字历久，号梅庵。1963年6月生于陕西省宝鸡市，深造于西安美术学院中国画专业。

现为中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，广东省美术家协会会员，广东省书法家协会会员，中国诗书画研究院研究员，深圳市书法家协会艺术委员会委员，深圳市美术家协会副主席，深圳印社副社长，深圳市宝安区文联副主席，深圳市宝安区美术家协会主席，深圳宝安画院院长，第五届深圳市人大代表，深圳市青联委员，深圳市宝安区政协委员，中国艺术研究院访问学者。

作品多次参加国内外大型展览并获奖，并被人民大会堂、毛主席纪念堂、中国抗日战争纪念馆及美国、俄罗斯、法国、英国、日本、新加坡、德国、马来西亚等国家和地区的博物馆收藏，另有作品被河南翰园、河北获鹿、陕西东湖等碑林勒石收藏。中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《书法报》、《深圳特区报》、《美术观察》、《炎黄子孙》等多家媒体曾对其书画篆刻作专题报道。

1992年在北京劳动人民文化宫举办“史文集书画艺术展”，1993年在深圳名人馆举办个人书画展，1996年在深圳市博物馆举办史文集书画作品展，2010年为纪念深圳经济特区建立30周年，在宝安区F518创意园举办个展。

1989年出版《文集书艺》，1996年出版《文集书画》，2003年出版《史文集画作选》，2006年由中国美术家协会主编、文联出版社出版《中国美术家对外艺术交流丛书》史文集花鸟、人物、山水三辑。
