章秋华，男，汉族，浙江省温岭市人，职业画家。笔名：石塘山人、白发渔樵石，斋号：、黄杨山庄、涨潮山房。中国美术家协会会员、浙江省美术家协会会员。
作品多次参加全国及省级美展，并多次获金银奖、优秀奖、曙光奖等。
