冯琎，笔名晓风，女，毕业于中国美术学院中国画专业，学士学位。现为中国美术家协会会员、浙江省美术家协会会员、浙江省中国人物画研究会会员、嘉兴画院特聘画师、海宁市美术家协会副主席、海宁市文联创作研究室专业画家。2003年，作品《采莲染指香》入选《第二届全国中国画展》。2003年，作品《檐外夜雨声》入选《中国美术家协会第十七届新人新作展》。2004年，插图《小凤仙传奇》入选《第十届全国美展》。2008年，作品《知音》在《首届全国中国画线描艺术展》中获优秀奖。2009年，连环画《白蛇传》入选《第十一届全国美展》。2007年—2009年，连续举办了三届《女画家冯琎师生工笔画展》，并编印了画册。2010年，由中国文联出版社出版了《冯琎工笔画作品选》。2012年，举办了《“江南诗意--冯琎工笔画作品展”》。
