白浪（1926.4~）原名廖纲文，笔名乃人。四川内江人。现为中国电影家协会会员，中国美术家协会会员、中国动画学会理事。擅长电影美术、中国画。1945年入国立中央大学艺术系学习，1949年4月毕业于国立中央大学艺术系，同年入伍，任第二野战军及西南军区政治部美术编辑。1954年9月调入八一电影制片厂，自1942年起从事动画工作，曾于1944年在美术片《义勇军进行曲》和《生生不息》中任动画设计；1946年在《蜜蜂国》中任动画与衬景。到八一厂后曾在《北京在建设中》、《地六号》中任导演；在科教片《大爆破》、《合成石油》、《地四号》中任动画设计和编辑。他设计的动画作品主要有：《五年计划》、《人民公敌蒋介石》、《奋起反击》等；科教片《原子能时代》、《步兵连进攻》、《简易射击原理》、《识图用图》（获总参优秀影片奖）等以及与人共同完成的美术片《龙的传说》等各类影片80余部。《五年计划》、《原子能时代》、《地四号》获八一厂优秀动画设计奖，《人民公敌蒋介石》获“百花奖”最佳纪录片奖。编导《龙的传说》、《漫画集锦》、《猫咪的愿望》等动画影片。主要作品有：水彩画《伐木》入选第一届中国水彩速写展，连环画《文化教员祁建华》等。1994年获得中国国际名人研究院评审委员会等四个机构举办的《中国艺术界名人作品展示会》金鼎奖。中国人物画参加美国旧金山市第十三届亚洲、美洲艺术节荣获特别金奖。中国画《兰香》参加由中国文联等单位举办的《全国民间工艺、美术、书法大展》荣获金奖并被评为海峡两岸“德艺双馨艺术家”称号。出版有《怎样画动物》等。传略辑入《中国美术家协会会员辞典》、《中国现代美术家人名辞典》、《中国当代美术家人名录》、《世界当代书画家大辞典》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等。
