张志君画作

张志君，男，1956年出生于湖南祁阳，结业于复旦大学新闻学院新闻学研究生班。享受政府特殊津贴。中国美术家协会会员，湖南书画研究院特聘画家。湘菜大师，中国烹饪大师，现为湖南省委接待办党委副书记。
山水画家张志君自幼对绘画就充满着浓厚的兴趣，对于“山水画家”和“中国烹饪大师”的双重身份，他认为自己首先是一位不断探索求新的画家，而烹饪是在绘画之后。他的作品以山水为主，底蕴丰盈、气势雄浑开阔、笔墨劲健畅达，意境清逸超拔，笔下山水，厚润凝重，意蕴深邃，其绘画风格备受不同领域的尖峰人物青睐。
在研究绘画的初期，张志君学习的是油画，曾向著名油画家罗工柳求教，而后转向学习国画，酷爱泼墨挥洒在山与水之间，在艺术文化的传承中感悟磅礴大气的国画精髓。张志君数十年如一日的虔心专研绘画，被中国山水画大师何海霞先生收为入室弟子，并得到著名艺术家黄永玉的教导，现阶段专攻创作山水画，已有多幅作品被国家领导人及台湾、美国、日本、马来西亚等各界政要收藏。
主要活动：
1988年的5月18日获得全国第二届烹饪技术比赛金牌。张志君以五光十色的花色冷拼“锦上添花”和鲜嫩香辣的热菜“软蒸火夹鳜鱼”夺得两枚金牌，实现了湘菜在全国烹饪界的“零的突破”。
1988年6月19日，《湖南日报》在“青年新闻人物”专栏中，刊发了何满宗、徐文龙写的一则长篇通讯《零的突破》，详细报道了张志君在烹饪道路上不畏艰难地攀登时机，给青年朋友以鼓舞使用。
1989年湖南电视台拍摄的《君子志庖厨》专题片播出后，影响颇大。有一位诗人看了专题片之后，心有感触，欣然吟诗道：十年辛苦谁解味，烹得佳肴入画来。
尔后又有湖南经济电视台、湖南有线电视台、长沙电视台相继以张志君的事迹进行报道或拍成专题片，张志君在湖南乃至全国烹饪界都是鼎鼎有名的了。
1992年中央电视台国际频道拍摄报道张志君专题片，点评他为“厨师画家，全国唯一；蔬菜作画，中外一绝”。
1999年12月，他被台北故宫博物院和《联合报》邀请赴台湾做“汉代养生美食”讲座。在台湾，张志君先生的厨艺、画艺、餐饮研究成果受到台湾数十家电视台、报纸杂志、广播电视争先报道，东森电视台、华视台、TVBS先后作了人物专访，在台湾引起了轰动效应。
2001年作品入选中国美术家主办的“新人新作展”。
2002年作品入选全国中国画作品展，并获得优秀作品奖。
2010年11月在“天下湘菜回娘家-湖南湘菜产业促进周”活动中获得“有影响力烹饪艺术家”，并发表《湘菜-中国餐饮第四次浪潮》的演讲。
2011年3月长沙电视台再拍专题片《厨师画家-张志君》，介绍他在烹饪和艺术上取得的成就。
2012年3月正式加入中国美术家协会会员。
2012年11月被授予享受政府特殊津贴。
