吴陆升，1956年生于新疆，1982年毕业于新疆艺术学院美术系，1986年毕业于新疆师范大学教育系。现任中国美术家协会会员、澳门美术教师交流协会会长。2006年定居澳门。
《静.动吴陆升速写》获2012年德国红点设计大奖和2012年美国创意年金奖。
