李白玲，女，中国美术家协会会员，1955年生于重庆市北碚区。1995年获重庆市政府文艺奖，次年应邀前往日本广岛市立大学讲学并举办了个人画展。现为西南师范大学美术学院教授、硕士生导师；中央文史研究馆书画研究员。

1978-1982年西南师范学院美术系，获文学学士学位。
1986-1989年西南师范大学美术系，师从苏葆桢、李际科、郭克教授攻读中国花鸟画方向硕士研究生，获美术教育硕士学位并留校任教至今。
从事中国花鸟画、岩彩画的教学和创作工作。
1995年获重庆市政府文艺奖，次年应邀前往日本广岛市立大学讲学并举办了个人画展。
其作品多次参加全国、省、市举办的美术作品展，多次获奖。
