李德仁(1946.10—)号霁原，山西榆次人。擅长中国画、美术理论及书画鉴定。1981年毕业于山西大学美术研究生班，后留校任教。现为山西大学美术学院教授。享受政府特殊津贴。发表论文50篇，画作百余幅。
