王秀成（1928-2004），辽宁巴阳人。擅长中国画、连环画。历任黑龙江师专美术科教师，哈尔滨师范大学美术教育系主任、教授。中国美术家协会会员，哈尔滨市美术家协会副主席，黑龙江美术家协会副主席、顾问。黑龙江省青年美术家协会顾问，黑龙江省国画会及省书画院顾问。台湾国际文人画家总会常务理事。黑龙江省老年书画研究会顾问，中国书画函授大学黑龙江省分校副校长。1990年11月受聘为黑龙江省文史研究馆馆员。
王秀成自幼喜爱绘画，转益多师，潜心于中国画创作和理论研究。擅山水，注重表现中国北方特有的自然风貌，所作秀润隽永，画风清幽高远，讲求诗意。作品多次入选全国美术作品展览及在日本、美国、加拿大，菲律宾及香港、台湾地区举办的交流展览，或在报刊上发表及选入《华夏千家诗画集》《中国美术选集》等。主要作品有《雪夜山村图》《黑龙江畔》《龙江之晨》《秋高图》《朝雾》《秋之歌》《高松漏疏月》等。出版专著《中国历代画论选释》。
