叶德昌(1934—)福建泉州人。擅长中国画、年画。1955年毕业于厦门美术学校，同年考入浙江美术学院国画系深造。1960年毕业于中央美院华东分院国画系。1983年调集美师专美术科（现集美大学艺术学院美术系）任教，后任该系主任。曾任福建厦门集美大学师范学院美术系主任、厦门市美协副主席、历任五届市老年书画研究会副会长。
边教学边创作多次入选全国美展，并发表于《中国画》、《美术》等重要刊物。北京、天津、武汉出版社，先后出版了他的许多国画、年画、中堂画。作品历史画《送别》为南昌八一纪念馆藏，《五好社员歌》、《新添牲口》入选全国美展，《龙灯》入选第六届全国美展。《五好社员歌》、《春雏》被中国对外文化联络委员会选送日本、尼泊尔展出。2002年在集美大学艺术学院展。现为中国美术家协会会员、省书协会员。厦门老年书画研究会副会长。有的作品被收入《华夏千家书画集》、《情系中华》等大型专集和画册。
