黄启根(1948.4—)别名墨耕，福建漳州人。擅长中国画、连环画。1979年浙江美术学院中国画系毕业。历任福建长泰县文化馆美术干部，福建漳州闽南日报社美术编辑。作品《特区在前进》入选全国宣传画展；《郑成功》入选第七届全国美展；《姑嫂塔》入选全国中国人物画展。出版有连环画《五四曙光》、《负荆请罪》、《新编增广贤文》、《历代中兴君主》、《长生殿》等。
