彭太武，(1957.—)湖北大悟人，擅长中国画。毕业于湖北美术学院。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，湖北省美术院中国画创研室主任。
作品入选第八届全国美展，首届全国中国画展览、首届全国中国花鸟画览、首届全国中国山水画展览、全国第二届山水画展、中国美术家协会第十次“新人新作展”。出版有《彭太武画集》。作品《日华川上》入选2004年首届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。
作品入选第八、九、十届“全国美展”，“首届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展”，“首届全国中国画展览”，“北京中国画研究院提名展”，中国美术家协会《中国画三百家》，“当代中国青年书画作品展览”（获银奖），“首届全国中国花鸟画展览”（获佳作奖——最高奖），“首届全国中国山水画展览”（获优秀奖），“纪念中国共产党建党80周年全国美展”（获湖北省美展银奖），“纪念延座讲话60周年全国美展”（获优秀奖——最高奖），“中国当代著名花鸟画作品展览”（获优秀奖）等。被授予“湖北省文艺明星奖”。
入选典藉多部。出版有《彭太武——中国当代画家自选小辑》、《彭太武画集》等。曾在中国各大城市举办个展、联展及赴美国、日本、新加坡、泰国、马来西亚、港台等国家和地区展览。多有作品出版、发表，并被国内外学术研究机构、博物馆和收藏家收藏。
