李葆行(1941—)甘肃天水人。擅长中国画。1962年毕业于兰州艺术学院国画专业，同年入西北师范学院美术系中国画专业学习。1981年浙江美术学院国画系进修。历任甘肃省科学技术委员会、甘肃电影机械厂宣传干部，西北师范学院美术系副教授。
作品有《摘葡萄季节》、《老农》、《飞雪迎春图》等。
