江苏省盐城市人，1950年生，就读于南京艺术学院。现为中国美术家协会会员、江苏省美术家协会会员，从事美术工作40多年，对中国画、西画、工艺美术、舞台美术诸多画种均有涉猎。中国画作品曾多次参加全国美术作品展览。
