姚雅萍，女，1964年生于辽阳市，祖籍河北省，毕业于鲁迅美术学院国画系，中国美术家协会会员，辽阳市美术家协会理事。辽阳市青年美协副主席。
2003年，国画作品《秋园》入选首届中国北京国际美术双年展序列展“全国当代花鸟画艺术大展”。
2003年，国画作品《梦酣》获“海潮杯●全国中国画大展”优秀奖。
