安新鲜，1954年出生于山西省高平市。1975年毕业于山西大学艺术系美术专业。现为中国工艺美术协会会员，山西省民间工艺美术家协会副主席，山西省美术家协会常务理事，晋城市书画院院长、研究馆员，晋城市劳模，山西省五一劳动奖章获得者。
出版编著有《高平民间艺术》《走进皇城相府——中国画名家采风纪实》，其中《高平民间艺术》一书荣获省级“五个一工程”奖。出版美术作品有《名家扇画·安新鲜写意花鸟》《当代名家写意花鸟画库——安新鲜》《当代中国画画家作品集·安新鲜》等画册，全国发行。
美术作品多次参加国家级、省级美术作品展，曾获全国首届“画圣杯”当代中国画名家大赛银奖，晋、冀、鲁、豫四省联展佳作奖，山西省“杏花奖”首届优秀美术作品展铜奖。曾两次被邀请参加”全国书画院百名优秀中青年书画家邀请展”，“山西省第二届花鸟画精品展”，2009年全国中国画作品展，2009年“向祖国汇报”新基地、新山西、新成就美术作品展等。
