翟明帅：毕业于南京师范大学，现任教于淮阴师范学院，中国美术家协会会员，淮安市山水画研究会秘书长。曾举办个人画展，中国画作品多次参加中国美术家协会等主办的展览，作品被中国美术馆等美术机构收藏，另有多件书画作品和文学作品发表和入编典籍。
