计世伟，汉族，1965年9月出生，中央党校在职研究生班毕业。曾任阿城建委团委副书记、书记、办公室副主任，省委党校《教研参考》编辑、机关团委书记、机关党委专职宣传委员、校团委书记、图书馆副馆长、机关党委专职副书记、机关纪委副书记、组织人事处处长。2009年4月任省文联副主席、党组成员。
