曹文海、男、1959年生于甘肃省古浪县、汉族。毕业于西北师范大学美术系，本科学历。
现为甘肃画院专职画家、国家一级美术师、中国北方画院副院长、中国职业画家协会顾问、甘肃省美术家协会理事、甘肃省书法家协会会员。其书法作品在中国书法家协会等举办的“中国临沂书圣杯国际书法艺术大赛”获优秀奖。国画作品分别入选由国家体委、中国奥委会、中国美协举办的“第四届中国体育美术展览”。中国美协举办的首届中国北京国际美术双年展序列展“全国当代花鸟画艺术大展”。中国美协举办的“纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美术作品展”。文化部举办的《第二届全国画院双年展》。文化部艺术服务中心举办的《太河之春·第五届当代山水画展》并获创新奖。文化部举办的《第三届全国画院优秀作品展览》，并获省级群星奖和金驼奖。
