张国君，1957年1月生，吉林省辉南人，职业画家。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国同泽书画研究院画家，吉林省政协书画院特聘画家，吉林市画院院士。作品曾多次参加中国美协主办的全国性大展及省级重要美展并获奖。
2002年，《欢聚》入选纪念毛泽东《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美术作品展。
2004年，《灼秋》入选“建国55周年振兴东北老工业基地”吉林省美术作品展。
2004年，《十月》入选中国美协主办的“2004年全国中国画作品展”。
2005年，《雪润丰秋》参加“第二届全国书画院作品联展”获全国第二届徐悲鸿美术奖优秀奖，并应邀参加首届全国百名优秀中青年书画家进京展。
