1961年生于四川成都，中国四川西部画院院长、四川峨眉画院高级画师、中国美术家协会四川分会会员、中国少数民族文化艺术基金会理事。成都市美术家协会会员、中国万杰画院签约艺术家，并兼多个协会常务理事，先后参加或全国、省、市各级邀请展数十次，并获奖十余次，全国、省、市级报刊、杂志、广播电视对其进行过专题评论和采访报道，并伴有作品发表。习画二十余年，作品以其多变的风格，渐近成都受到同仁的首肯，近年来潜心研究中国宋、元古典书画，并吸收现代画家大师张大千、刘海粟绘画之精髓，形成了自己个性鲜明、独特的彩墨风格，其作品广泛被世界各国众多美术馆及艺术收藏家所收藏。1985年参展全国青年美展并获“一等奖”。1991年10月成都市美术家协会为其举办个人画展，展品《月朦胧》被收为馆藏。1993年作品《风景这边独好》获成都市文化局举办《纪念毛泽东诞辰100周年》美术展优秀奖。1993年作品四幅选送马来西亚《四川当代著名中青年书画展》。1997年选入台湾出版《中国成都青年绘画精品集》。1998年在台湾出品《黄国铭画选》。1999年元月应邀赴台湾举办绘画交流展。1999年10年入选台湾《中华书画印艺嘉年华专辑》。1999年四川美术出版社为其出版画集《巴蜀写韵》。1999年12月四川美术家协会在其美术馆为其举办画集《巴蜀写韵》原作画展，多家省、市报刊、电视均予专题评论和报道，并获好评。1999年12月画集《巴蜀写韵》原作在广西南宁民族博物馆举行原作展览。2000年1月1日画集《巴蜀写韵》原作在广西南宁明远新都大酒楼进行专场拍卖，其51副作品以高价拍出。2001年入选文化部中国艺术欧洲五国：法国、德国、意大利、英国、荷兰寻巡回交流展，并有三副作品作为交流礼品赠予所展国收藏。2002年入选文化部《首届少数民族风情画展》并获“金奖”。2002年入选中国美术家协会《西部大地情》美展。2004年11月应邀参加中国杭州《西湖艺术博览会》。2005年入选走近义乌《中国书画名家作品邀请展》。2005年应邀参加《中国大连艺术博览会》。2005年8月入选《第三届当代中国文人书画艺术北京邀请展》获“优秀奖”并入选《中国文人书画艺术家精典》。2006年中国书研究院专业学术杂志专题介绍其艺术成就及作品。2006年两次于浙江省杭州、宁波两市举办个人巡回画展。2006年入选中国美术家协会厦门中国画全国大展。2007年5月25日由大连市人民政府大连市文化局大连市旅游局大连市古月斋在大连市古玩市场举办盛大的个人画展。2007年8月应中共南昌市委宣传部南昌市新闻出版局南昌市文学艺术届联合会的邀请中国当代知名书画家2007南昌特邀展
