王士德，字夫之，笔名居野，1946年生，安徽亳州人，高级工程师，中国林学会会员；安徽省园林学会常务理事；安徽省美术家协会会员；香港笔艺会会员；国际美术家联合会会员；中国国画家协会理事；中国书画研究院高级研究员。
????自幼酷爱美术，尤长画虎、牡丹。这是由于他从事园林工作的机缘，在长期观察写生中爱上了兽中王、花中魁。在无师承情况下，通过长期观察写生，勤学苦练，集百家之长，补己之短，潜心于艺术，不断创新研究，而形成了自己独特的风格。作品多次在国内外参展获奖，1955年在第一届《东方杯》中国书画大赛中获银奖。作品应新加坡神州书画院及香港笔艺会三次特邀赴新、港联展。被国际加拿大、比利时国际文化艺术交流中心、中国艺术研究院等21个艺术团体授予当代书画艺术名人荣誉称号。在国庆52周年、55周年和纪念毛主席《在延安文艺座谈会上讲话发表60周年》作品三次在中国历史博物馆展出，均获一等奖。2002年在北京中国国画研究院参加中国书画艺术交流展大型研讨会。展出20米长卷《世纪雄风图》百虎百态，形神兼备，荣获一级精品奖，中央电视台采访并报道。2005年获安徽省美协、书协等单位联合举办的首届老年书画展金奖。获中国书画收藏研究院特别金奖。2006年获“首届翰墨养生全国书画名家邀请展”金奖。“首届中国文艺杰出成就奖”金奖和“国学十年个人艺术成就奖”精品奖。在北京、香港等地举办个人百虎画展和联展，亳州市电视台多次作专题采访报导。出版有《王士德百虎集》及2000年、2004年挂历等。传略及作品辑入《东方之子》、《中华魂》、《翰墨撷英》、《世界翰墨名家作品博览》、《中国艺坛名师诸贤精品大典》、《文艺年志》等60余部典集，百余幅作品被报刊杂志发表和海内外艺术团体友好人士收藏。
