孙浩群男，出生于江西樟树市，现定居安徽省安庆市。擅长中国画。现为安庆师范大学美术系系主任。

中学毕业于安庆二中，徐悲鸿、刘海粟学生余守谟是家的启蒙老师。1964年毕业于安徽师范大学美术系。数十年来，严谨治学、寂寞耕耘、广收博采、精勤奋进，长期从事国画创作和美术教育工作。尤以中国人物画、花鸟画见长、功底扎实、工写兼能。其作品以现实主义创作道路为指向，锐意追求师古达变、融会中西、形神兼备、雅俗共赏、细腻秀丽、明快温馨、工写兼备的风格。历年来有大量作品问世，其代表作品有：《风雪大别山》、《摸花轿》、《回娘家》、《?不灭的篝火》、《宋庆龄》、《李清照》、《唐伯虎点秋香》、《江南第一花》、《秋艳?》、《白孔雀》、《鸽》、《鳜鱼》等多幅作品参加全国美展、出国展览及为国家、省级出版、发表和获奖。皆有多幅作品被外国友人、港台同胞及民革中央购藏。由于从事高等美术教育成果显著，曾获得安徽省高校优秀教育成果奖和陈香梅教育奖。其艺术传略及作品被收入多部名人大辞典及名人录。
孙浩群现为安庆师范大学艺术学院主任，中国美术家协会会员，安徽中山画院副院长，安庆市美协名誉主席，安徽省政协书画社、安徽省文史馆、安庆书画院特聘画家。
曾任安庆市群艺馆副馆长，安庆师范学院艺术系主任、院学术委员会委员安庆政协副主席，民革全国九大代表、安徽省政协委员、安徽省民革常委、安庆民革主委。
孙浩群先生兴趣广泛，业余爱好声乐（民歌）、京剧（老生）、黄梅戏，其艺术工作室斋号“三友堂”。
出版有《唐伯虎与秋香》、《风雨无阻》、《李清照》等。作品被中国各地艺术机构、博物馆及收藏家收藏。
