王朝瑞(1939.12—2008.5.1)笔名王屋山，斋号瓢庐，山西文水人。国家一级美术师，山西画院原院长、书记、《美术耕耘》主编、，中国美协会员、山西美协副主席、山西山水画学会会长，中国书协会员、中国书协书法培训中心教授、中国国际文化交流中心山西分会理、山西省书法家协会副主席、山西省文联委员等。因病于2008年5月1日在太原逝世，享年70岁。
1965年毕业于山西大学艺术系。其人书画兼擅，其隶书独辟蹊径自成一家，作品曾参加1-6届全国书展，出版《王朝瑞隶书阿房宫赋》。绘画则对山水画倾注了大量热情，奉行“有感情自有办法，有悟性自有新意”的信念，经过多年磨练，形成独特的艺术风貌。作品有《绿海新歌》、《狼牙山夕照》、《鹤鸣图》、《走出大山的路》等入选全国美展。出版有《王朝瑞山水画专辑》等。书法作品在河南孟津王铎书画艺术馆、洛阳当代书法家作品碑刻展、广西曹邺纪念馆、五台山书法碑廊、浙江严子陵钓鱼台碑林等地镌刻上石。
