漆跃辉：中国美术家协会会员，湖南省美术家协会会员，常德市美术家协会常务副主席，常德日报社主任编辑，现任湖南文理学院美术学院副院长。1960年6月出生于湖南省石门县，1966年至1977年分别在石门县泥沙镇（现壶瓶山镇）读完小学中学，1978年至1980年毕业于桃源师范学校，毕业后分别在石门县新关中学、石门县城关一完小、石门县县委党校工作，1990年毕业于湖南师大美术系，1990年进入常德日报社工作，2001年结业于文化部重彩画高级研修班。漆跃辉作品曾四次参加由中华人民共和国文化部、国家体育总局、中国美术家协会联合举办的《第七届全国美术作品展》、《中国画三百家美术作品展》、《第五届全国体育美展》、《第二届全国中国画人物画展览》，《潘家园印象之四》获省艺术金奖、国画作品《哭嫁》获《全国首届风俗画展》优秀作品奖并多次参加其它国家、省级展览并获奖，出版了个人画集《中国实力派美术家漆跃辉》，除此以外，漆跃辉还和别人合作绘制了大型连环画《倚大屠龙记》、《笑傲江湖》及多套小型连环画。
