曹娜1970年出生于山西临汾。中国美术家协会会员、山西师范大学临汾学院美术系副教授、中国民主促进会会员、厦门张雄书画院副院长。2010年8月签约厦门张雄书画院。
2011年3月作品入编《人民政协报》两会专版系列采访和中央电视台央视网专题报道。在多个城市举办个展，出版多本个人画集。
作品连续8年入编《全国两会名家画册》，《幽香系列》入选全国第五届和第六届工笔画大展获得“优秀奖”；《清香》入选全国第十一届美展山西展“一等奖”；2010年作品特邀入编上海世博会大型画册；2011年作品入编世博会收藏版挂历。作品被多家博物馆、收藏家、北京大千画廊、北京红子兰画廊、香港艺苑画廊、美国旧金山画廊、人民大会堂等收藏。
