樊欣野，1948年生，辽宁省鞍山市人。工作于辽宁省鞍山市文联。
鲁迅美术学院毕业中国美术家协会会员，中国同泽书画研究院画家。
辽宁省中国画研究会理事，鞍山市美术家协会副主席，鞍山市中国画研究会会长。鞍山市政协委员，鞍山市文联专业画家。
长期从事中国画创作，主要作品有：《铁人》、《炼狱》、《人间烟火》、《我们世界的背景》、《春天的企鹅》、《新世纪》、《藏区组画》、《家园组画》、《春泥－－悼抗日战士》等，分别在国展、省展中获奖。发表过美术理论文章：《对中国画的思考》、《后印象派画家》、《关于理性绘画》。1991年作品在新加坡展出，1992年作品在台湾“盘古画廊”展出，2000年作品在香港展出。2002年－－2004年源自对陶艺的热爱，以景德镇市置镇千年华诞为背景，与锦宫实业公司合作，创作完成大型瓷板画《瓷都千年》，把公元1004年景德镇建镇以来一千年的陶瓷文化史，浓缩在25.2米长×1.35米高的巨幅画面中，《瓷都千年》入选《2004年中国美术大事记》。
