杨静生，字雨樵，号无言斋主人，回族，1958年生于辽宁本溪，现为中国美术家协会会员，辽宁省美术家协会理事，本溪市国画家协会副主席。他自幼研习山水、花鸟画。擅画大写意，他的作品突破了传统的表现形式，既有西方绘画的博实厚重，又有中国画的飘逸灵动，画作恣意纵横，色彩奔放，具有极强的视觉冲击力。
1958年出生于辽宁本溪。
1985进修于鲁迅美术学院中国画系。
