李德君，男，1948年6月生于扶沟，祖籍河南沁阳，毕业于西安美术学院中国画系，曾任美术教师、新乡市中国画院院长等职。
中国美术家协会会员，河南省美协花鸟画艺委会副主任，河南省花鸟画研究会副会长，世界华人书画家联合会中部书画院顾问，郑州美院特聘教授，现任河南省慈善书画院副院长、副研究馆员。河南省中国画院院务委员，曾任新乡市中国画院院长。染指丹青40余年，潜心研习中国画技法和美学理论，广涉足，撷众长，重格调，讲气韵，根置传统，刻意求新，擅长写意花鸟、山水、小品人物，画风崇尚清新典雅，明镜疏淡。作品曾获河南省花鸟画展一等奖，河南省优秀中青年国画家作品展二等奖，全国首届青年国画家大展佳作奖，全国牡丹竞选国花作品展优秀奖；入选全国首届中国花鸟画展，当代中国花鸟画邀请展，当代中国山水画邀请展，并在河南等地举办过个人画展。主要作品有《朝霞》、《秋天的山路》、《苏三起解》等。作品和绘画成就被多种大型画集、报刊收入、评介。传略辑入《中国美术家名鉴》、《河南书画名家志》等。出版有《李德君画集》等
八十年代初作品曾有展出、发表，三百余幅作品发表于报刊、杂志。曾参加过全国首届中国花鸟画作品展览、北京国际扇面艺术大展、亚亨杯全国书法绘画精品大展，出版有两种个人作品专集。主持策划了多次全国大型展事活动，多次担任河南省及全国花鸟画展事活动评委。编辑出版了各种大型画册十余种，个人专集四种，美术技法书一种。曾在河南、广东、甘肃、安徽等地举办个人作品展览，九七年在日本扎晃市参加了《河南六人中国画联展》，2007在洛阳参加《当代中国花鸟画十人展》。
