钱文观(1946.1—)浙江人。擅长中国画。自学美术。贵州国画院专业画家。作品《马寅初的忧虑》入选第七届全国美展获铜奖；《春雨》获中华杯大奖赛三等奖；《春醉》获中华杯大奖赛优秀奖。
1989年《马寅初的忧虑》获第七届全国美展铜牌奖，作品现由中国美术馆收藏。1990年《春雨》、《春醉》获全国中华杯中国画大赛三等奖和优秀奖。曾被《中国书画》第27期专版介绍，并同时发表《四月八》等作品11幅。
浙江美院高研班专集上发表的作品《天边一团红云》、《寒冬》，还在中国美术馆展出。《走贯洞》曾参加中国美协主办的首届国画展并辑入该展专集。《侗族大歌》、《寒冬》分别获1991、1995年贵州省中国人物画展一等奖。作品多次在港、台及东南亚等国展出，或参加各种联展，作品收入多部专集。
