刘仁文（1947-2003年），男，四川省都江堰人。字荣立，别号映石、子庶、林萱，1947年生于四川都江堰市。自幼酷爱山水画，曾受胡立、雷启厚二先生启蒙学画。曾任成都市美术家协会副主席、成都市山水画会会长、都江堰市美协主席、都江画院院长。
曾任中国美术发家协会会员、四川省诗书画院特聘画师、四川省美术家协会会员、成都市美术家协会副主席、暨成都市山水画会会长、都江堰市美协主席、都江画院院长。
1985年以前从事过美术宣传、工艺美术设计管理工作。
1985年至1988年在北京中国书画函授大学学习，有机会近一步接识叶浅予、何海霞等先生聆听教诲，三年学习获得优秀学员称号。
1988年出席“全国第三届艺代会”，受到李鹏、姚依林、田纪云等党中央、国务院领导同志亲切接见。同年参加日本东京《四川现代美术作品展》，参加香港、新加坡、马来西亚“现代中国画展”。
1998年作品参加香港新华分社和荣宝斋联合举办的“四川中国画展”。
1991年两件作品参加大陆台湾两岸美术作品观摩展。同年在成都四川美术馆举办个人画展。
2获奖
1993年作品《青城幽趣》入选中国美协主办“全国首届中国山水画展”，并获四川省美术家协会优秀奖。同年应邀参加中国美术馆举办的“首届中华名人书画展”。
1994年作品《天窗惠丰》入选文化部·中国美协主办“第八届全国美展”，并获四川省美协优秀奖。同年《青城幽趣》参加中国美协举办“美国纽约·中国首届山水画展”。同年作品《月夜飞鸟惊》获力加拿大多伦多第二届枫叶杯佳作奖。
1995年作品《南川新林》、《秋雨》等四件作品入选参加中国美协主办“全国第十届新人新作展”。同年作品《青城幽趣》参加中国美协主办“澳大利业悉尼·中国当代优秀山水画展”。同年作品《明月松问照》获四川省美协等单位联合举办“四川电子天府杯大展”金奖。
1996年作品《巫峡峥嵘》获四川省政协、省美协联合举办“长江美术作品展”二等奖。
1997年作品《山谷暮霭》、《峡江烟云》被四川省美协推荐参加“中国首届新西兰中国画展”和“韩国等三国美术作品展”。同年作品《洁净的世界——九寨沟》获四川省美协“金熊猫”奖。
1998年在北京中国美术馆举办山水画展。同年赴天津、郑州、广州举办画展。
1999年作品《争荣》入选文化部·中国美协主办“全国第九届美展”，并获四川省美协优秀作品奖。
2000年作品《争荣之二》入选“天府百年100人画展”并收入“天府百年”大型画册。同年作品《青城秋趣》获四川省美协主办的“山水画大展”优秀奖。
