胡嘉梁，著名画家，“河北八家”之一，号梁公、闲公，斋号酸庐、半闲居，1943年生于天津，1965年毕业于天津美术学院。现为国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，历任河北省美术家协会学术委员会副主任，河北省美术理论研究会副会长，廊坊画院院长等职。
