号铁山人，一九三二年生。广东普宁人。当代著名的书画艺术家。1955年毕业于江西师大美术专业。曾任江西美术家协会副主席。1990年当选为联合国教科文组织国际艺术教育学会亚洲地区三位世界理事之一。现为中国美协会员，江西美协名誉副主席，江西书画院名誉院长，世界汉诗协会名誉会长。一级美术师、教授。
作品有滕王阁大型壁画《地灵图》、泰国国王行宫淡浮院巨幅山水画《江山灵秀图》及山水画《井冈泉》、《雪里行军》、《庐山秀色》等。著作有《山水画入门》、《吴齐画集》、《吴齐山水画》、《吴齐墨迹》等。
吴齐先生积学少年，弱冠英发，刚出校门就被委以创作重任，参予中央军事博物馆、人民大会堂的美术创作。《大井毛主席故居》等作品，曾得到画坛的高度评介，翩翩青年，名初躁起。
艺术历程50年的吴齐，是当代画界为数不多的诗、书、画都十分出色的大家之一。他的诗词爽然可人，寓意深刻；其书法艺术功底扎实，笔力雄强，自具风采，尽显大家气派。吴齐的山水画，是一种铿锵奔放，雄浑沉郁的旋律动地而来，既表现山川之骨，又表现山川之神，是“黄河之水天上来”，是“大江东去”，气垫雄伟，博大厚重，既是华夏民族魂的张扬，也是他的精神人格的自我写照，观之有一股清新之气逼人而业，在美的享受中给人一种心灵的震撼和满足。
