李本府(1949.11—)甘肃皋兰人。擅长中国画。先后就学西北民族学院艺术系，中央美术学院国画系。历任青海民族学院讲师，西宁画院副院长、高级美术师。主要作品《源头水》、《极地》、《晓月》、《多彩的梦》、《老农》等入选第七、八届全国美展、全国首届中国画展、庆祝建党60周年全国美展等大展。
