赵景庵，安徽阜阳人。擅长中国画。1948年毕业于安徽大学艺术系。曾在安徽大学艺术系、南京大学艺术系任教。历任阜阳师范学院艺术系、江淮职业大学教授。作品多次入选国内外美展并获奖。作品有《柳荫晓唱》、《松英图》、《秋岚》等。
