巩德春：1959年1月生于山东高唐。现任山东高唐画院院长、炎黄书画家学会主席、聊城市美协副主席、聊城市政协常委、高唐县政协副主席。

师从大师贾又福先生后，他默然顿悟，画风突变，进入天人合一的画境，创作出了冲击力强，震撼力大的表现自然之光、精神之美的作品。因此，他的许多作品多次在全国及国际画展中获奖。”
