郝毅强(1964.4—)别名老嘎，蒙族，天津人。擅长中国画。1985年毕业于中央民族学院美术系。内蒙古大学艺术学院美术系讲师。作品《等待》入选第七届全国美展；《冬日》入选第二届全国工笔画大展；《查干花》入选全国首届花鸟画展；《寂静的回声》入选全国首届中国画展；《墨水城—月夜》获全国首届山水画展优秀奖。《回声》入选’97中国画坛百杰展。
