许惠南，男，1955年生于江苏省无锡市，1990年加入中国民主促进会。现为无锡市书画院专职画师，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，江南大学书画研究所研究员，无锡市美术家协会副主席。
1973年毕业于无锡市艺术学校，1987年至1988年进修于南京艺术学院。他的作品《滑向奥运之星》曾获第六届全国体育美展铜奖，《青山翠欲滴碧溪绕人家》，《稼轩词意》，《太行暮韵》获江苏省第一、二、三届山水画展银奖、铜奖。《老钟楼》获江苏省首届美术节铜奖。《太岳魂》获七彩世纪中国画大展优秀作品奖。作品《老钟楼》、《奈良》被收入《江苏美术五十年》大型画集和《中国南京2009全国中国画名家邀请展作品集》。
出版个人专著：《青绿山水》、《北方山水》，由湖北美术出版社出版。1988年和1992年应邀在南京和广州举办个人画展。作品《金秋》、《清明桥》被江苏省美术馆收藏。先后出访日本、韩国、摩洛哥、突尼斯、马来西亚等地举办画展。
