沈克斌，1955年7月生于固原，曾修业于西安美术学院，1974年开始发表、展出作品。近300余幅作品入选各级展览或被省级以上报刊发表。《春韵》《暮归》《早春》《吉日》《山居图》等十余幅作品参加全国大展并获各类奖项。艺事被多家媒体采访报道，并入编多家典籍名录。中国美术家协会会员，宁夏美术家协会主席团成员，宁夏书画院特聘画家，西安国画院特聘研究员，宁夏师范学院兼职教授。
