常立菊，女，山东滨州人，1990年毕业于山东艺术学院师范美术系，1994年结业于中央美术学院助教研修班，本科学历，学士学位，作品多次参加全国及省美展并获奖，现为中国美术家协会会员，山东滨州医学院人文学院副教授，北京现代工笔画院画家。
