陈燕林，笔名芝林，男，1962年8月出生，湖北汉川人，1962年8月生于铜陵市大通镇。中共党员，现就职于铜官山区文化馆，从事美术创作、辅导工作。中国美术家协会会员。中国藏书票协会会员。安徽省美术家协会会员。铜陵书画院特聘画师。
