杨开明，1978年生，广东惠州陈江人，中国美术家协会会员，惠州市美术家协会理事，惠州中国画学会副会长。中国当代实力派工笔画家，擅长工笔花鸟，尤精于画菠萝蜜，画风厚重，画面现代，雅俗共赏，作品深受收藏家喜爱。曾多次在全国美术大展中入选及获奖，其中《岁月》作品被天津美术馆永久性收藏。
