刘金河，字善明，号草泉居士，1964年出生，安徽无为人。曾就读于中国美术学院国画系山水专业，现为中国国家画院林容生工作室画家。中国工笔画学会会员，安徽省美协工笔画艺委会理事，安徽拜石书画院院长，享受政府特殊津贴。
1998年《黄岳高秋》入选“中亨杯”全国书画大展（中国美协）
