吕印，字冷石，号员外，桐音馆主，纳西族，1972年生于云南丽江，毕业于云南师范大学艺术学院，中央美术学院和中央民族大学美术学院，现为中国美术家协会会员，云南省青年委员，云南印社理事，丽江市青年书画院院长，丽江古城画院院长。
2008年《古镇春晖》入选2008年全国中国画作品展，2009年《家园》获2009年上海世博会全国美术作品展览优秀奖（最高奖），《纳西篝火啊里里》入选十一届全国美展云南美术作品展，作品《退园一角》获中央美院优秀作品，《古城水墨系列》荣获2009年“彩云奖银奖”，2010年《小桥流水人家》入选2010年全国中国画展，《小桥流水人家》入选《民族百花奖》，2012年《水韵古城》入选中国美协举办书画邀请展，2014年《静园春晓》入选庆祝中国人民共和国成立六十五周年云南省美术作品展，2015年《虎跳峡纪游》入展画说云南—2015年云南省优秀美术作品暨第十一届中国艺术节“中国风格?时代丹青”全国优秀美术作品展云南预选美术作品展。
