崔鹏程，1978年生于河北容城。毕业于东北大学、鲁迅美术学院中国画系，获学士学位。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画学会会员、辽宁省工笔画学会理事、盘锦市工笔画学会秘书长。
国画作品先后入展由中国美术家协会主办的“全国第三届工笔山水画展”、“墨韵岭南——全国中国画作品展”、“吉祥草原丹青鹿城——全国中国画作品展”等国家级展览及省级展览二十余次；刻字作品入展由中国书法家协会主办的“第五届现代刻字艺术作品展”、并获“杏花村”杯全国电视书法大赛铜奖。其中国画作品《雪泥鸿爪岁几何》获由中国美术家协会主办的“和谐家园全国工笔画作品展”优秀作品。
崔鹏程作品风格润泽明丽、气息高雅、精神饱满。笔墨、色彩具有传统的意味，又吸收了现代的精神。作品曾在《美术》、《美术报》多家专业期刊专题刊载，作品被多家艺术机构、美术馆及个人收藏。
